Property and Cancellation Policies :

 We are a small business, and every guest reservation is important to us. Last-minute changes or cancellations significantly affect our business.  Making a bed and breakfast reservation is not the same as making a hotel reservation.
When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room, and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room.

Reservations Policies:

PAYMENTS AND EXTRA CHARGES
The guest’s information and credit card name must match. If the credit card belongs to another person, their signed authorization is required to maintain the reservation. If we do not have the authorization form prior to two days’ arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to a lack of authorized documentation.
 
Payments: The total amount of your invoice will be charged to the credit card we have on file within 48 hours before the arrival date.
 
Reservations made on the same day: If the credit card is rejected when charged, the reservation will be cancelled instantly 
 
Declined Payments: If your credit card is declined, we will send you an email requesting new credit card information. If we do not receive any information from you within the next 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
 
Credit cards we accept:  Visa & MasterCard
      Please note that we charge in Canadian dollars, and your credit card company is responsible for the exchange conversions.
 
The base rate is for a maximum of 2 guests. Some rooms allow extra guests at CAD$40.00 per person per night.
 
Unregistered Guest: Occupancy is limited; failure to comply will result in a fine. If guests exceed the limit, contact us to find another room.
 
Taxes: We charge a total of 19.18% taxes. 8% provincial sales tax (PST) + 3% Vancouver municipal and regional district tax (MRDT) + 2.5% Major Events MRDT + 5% GST (on the purchase price, PST, MRDT, Major Events MRDT).
 
 
Special Event in Town
All reservations for special events are pre-paid and non-refundable, and they follow specific reservation policies. For more information, please contact us directly at 604-872-3060.

 

Cancellation Policies

a) Regular reservations: Cancellations/modifications are allowed up to 3 days (72 hours) before the date of arrival. No fees will be charged, after which your reservation becomes non-refundable.

b) Last minute: All reservations made within 3 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. You will only have one hour after making the reservation to modify it. If you fail to show up, your reservation will be cancelled. We have strict check-in policies, so please get in touch with us for more information.

c) Special Events: Pre-paid and Non-refundable

 

Booking On Other Sites

Reservations made on other sites have a stricter cancellation policy. Before booking elsewhere, always check their cancellation policy for more information.

All cancellation requests must be made with the company where the reservation is made.
